A “Google Assignment” is a new type of assignment you can create in Canvas that more fully utilizes the power of Google Apps. With it, students can submit files directly from their Google Drive accounts, teachers can assign a Google Doc to be completed by each student, and Google Assignment will give each student their own copy to edit.
