For Step 1, NCSSM will initiate the invitation to your NCSSM account. It will show up in your inbox like this (Clive Unicorn is the test student):
2. On the following page, you’ll be asked to create a password for the NCSSM account you were invited too.
You must use your NCSSM email account. This password is not connected with our current NCSSM systems, so you can create a brand new password or use the same one that you use with Blackbaud and NCSSM Gmail if it fits the password requirements.
3. You’ll land within the NCSSM SurveyMonkeyApply portal, and be able to view the potential programs to apply for.
4. After selecting VIEW PROGRAMS, you can select MORE> on the NCSSM Research, Innovation, and Mentorship Application
5 The next page will include some Application Instructions from our website and let you start the application process.
6. Click on the circle under “YOUR TASKS” to begin the Application for NCSSM Research, Innovation, and Mentorship.
7. As you go through your application, your email will have a confirmation you have registered for the Application within SurveyMonkeyApply that will take you to the website.
