Technology guidance when returning to campus

ITS would like to provide the following guidance for the faculty and staff making the gradual return to working on campus over the coming months, specifically regarding state-owned computer equipment you may have taken home with you. Please send ITS a ticket to schedule assistance for all of the following circumstances listed below:

  • We are happy to assist you with the placement or configuration of your computer equipment, such as displays, docks, or other peripherals

  • If you have extra loaned equipment to return to ITS, we can schedule a convenient day and time for either a pickup or dropoff

  • If you are unsure how or where to attach a network cable, we can assist however required

  • Please do not reconnect your deskphone to the network yourself if it has been unplugged; instead, let us know and we will assist

  • Any other IT questions or issues related to your return to campus
