Forwarding email
Instructions for auto-forwarding NCSSM emails to other email accounts.
If you want to automatically forward your NCSSM email to another email accounts (or accounts) please use the following instructions.

Instructions for forwarding NCSSM email to one account
Open the Gmail account that you want to forward from.
At the top right, click the gear.
Select See all settings.
Select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
Click Add a forwarding address in the “Forwarding” section.
Enter the email address to which you want to forward email.
For your security, Google will send a verification email to that address. Open your other email account and find the confirmation message from the Gmail team. If you’re having trouble finding it, check your Spam folder.
Click the verification link in that email.
Back in your Gmail account, reload the page in your web browser.
On the same Forwarding and POP/IMAP page in Settings, check that Forward a copy of incoming mail is selected and your email address is in the drop-down menu.
In the second drop-down menu, choose what you want Gmail to do with your messages after they’re forwarded, such as keep Gmail’s copy in the Inbox (recommended) or archive Gmail’s copy.
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
You can subsequently disable forwarding by clicking the Disable forwarding button in the “Forwarding” section of the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
Instructions for forwarding NCSSM email to more than one account
Open the Gmail account that you want to forward from.
At the top right, click the gear.
Select Settings.
Select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
Click Add a forwarding address in the “Forwarding” section.
Enter the email address to which you want to forward email.
For your security, Google will send a verification email to that address. Open your other email account and find the confirmation message from the Gmail team. If you’re having trouble finding it, check your Spam folder.
Click the verification link in that email.
Repeat steps 7 through 8 for all email addresses you are forwarding to.
Access Settings again, as in step 3, but this time select the Filters tab.
Click the link to Create a new filter.
In the To field, type the NCSSM email address of the account from which you are forwarding emails.
Select the Forward it to: and choose your first address to forward the emails to.
Click the link Create filter with this search and you will be returned to the Filters main screen.
Repeat steps 10 through 14 to add all of the other email accounts to which you are forwarding email.
