ITS Regulations and Standards
NCSSM’s IT resources are owned by the institution and are provided primarily to support its academic and administrative functions. The use of these resources is governed by federal and state law as well as institutional policies and procedures.
The following regulations, standards, and procedures apply to individuals when using the computing and data network resources provided by NCSSM.

Regulations
A “regulation” is any statement or procedure of general applicability adopted by the Risk Review Board (RRB). A regulation will generally apply to students, parents, staff, faculty, and NCSSM as a whole. Here is a list of the current ITS regulations and their links:
Standards
A “standard” is any statement or procedure of general applicability adopted by the Chief Information Officer (CIO) or designee. A standard will generally apply to NCSSM students, faculty, and staff. Here is a list of all current ITS standards and their links:
