SRFax is an online faxing solution that is offered for departments at NCSSM. It allows for faxes to be sent and received electronically without the need of a fax machine. To request an account for your department, please create a help ticket.

 Instructions

Sending a Fax

  1. In a web browser, navigate to https://www.srfax.com/sign-in/

  2. Enter the associated email address and password and then click the SIGN IN button

  3. To send a fax, click on Faxes in the left column menu and then SEND A FAX

  4. Fill out the onscreen fax form fields to send a fax

Note you can create Cover Pages for your department and other addons as needed for sending out faxes. For additional assistance, please contact ITS.
