How to Join NCSSM's SurveyMonkey Apply Instance If You're An Applicant of Mentorship or SRIP Programs

The first thing you should select at NC School of Science and Mathematics is the option in the top right corner to use the NCSSM Google Login, where you will sign in with your NCSSM credentials.

Since it by default opens to any completed applications, the first page will appear blank. That’s why we recommend you go to the Program section of SMApply’s home page after logging in.  

After that, you should see which programs you will be able to apply too. If you get any messages besides what you see in the screenshots, please please submit an IT ticket at this link (your profile as a NCSSM student should be loaded into the website):
