How to Join NCSSM's SurveyMonkey Apply Instance If You're An Applicant

The first thing you should select at https://ncssm.smapply.io/ is the option in the top right corner to use the NCSSM Google Login, where you will sign in with your NCSSM credentials.

 

When you first log in, you’ll come to this screen:
