What Happens After I Submit the Mentorship/SRIP Application?

After your application is submitted, you should receive 2 emails from us. These 2 emails represent confirmation that your application has successfully become eligible for review. Both of these should be within 5 minutes of you submitting the application. If you do not see these emails when submitting, please check and be sure that you have selected to submit the application.

The first email will be an acknowledgement from the system that it has landed in the Review Round:

A second email you should receive is from the SurveyMonkeyApply automated notifications. Instead of 00000000009 like in the example below, you will have a unique Application ID. That will be what you will reference if needing to reach out for IT support with any questions.

The application review process will take place from October 26 through December 20.  Decisions will be announced to students by each program by 5:00pm on December 20. Sarah Shoemaker and Collyn Gaffney will follow up with further instructions and updates as the review process of the applications begin.
