A user-friendly guide for faculty, staff, and students to navigate Academic Common Stairs audio visual technology

Access the Crestron Touch Panel

  1. Tap Crestron panel to activate it

  2. Type in PIN to access the home screen (See ITS for if you don’t know PIN)

Using the Room PC

  1. Select “Wired Laptop” on the Crestron touch panel

  2. Turn on PC (located under the touch panel)

  3. Connect to “eduroam” wifi

  4. Login using your NCSSM credentials (without the @ncssm.edu)

  5. When finished, shutdown PC

Using Zoom

  1. You will need to use the room PC and log in to your Zoom account.

  2. Continue to use the library microphone.

  3. For audio output, select "Crestron" as the speaker.

  4. Choose "Microphone (Shure Digital)" as the microphone setting.

Using Airtame for Wireless Display

  1. Select “Wireless Laptop” on Crestron panel

  2. Visit http://airtame.com/go

  3. Type in the 5 character code displayed on the LED wall

Using Digital Signage

  1. Select “Digital Signage”

Completing Your Session

When completely finished, press the power off button on the crestron touch panel.
