If you are connected to the NCSSM network on your Android-based device and are not able to establish an internet connection, please try the following instructions.
If restarting your device does not resolve your connection issue, try the following method to reset your device's network settings:
Find and tap Settings > Network & Internet.
Tap the menu button (three vertical dots) > Network settings reset > RESET SETTINGS
From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
Find and tap Settings > More.
Find and tap Network settings reset, then tap RESET SETTINGS.
Find and tap Settings > Backup & reset > Network settings reset.
Find and tap RESET SETTINGS.
Note: This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before.
