The NCSSM-Morganton Building and Grounds Committee is appointed by the Vice Chancellor & Chief Campus Officer for NCSSM-Morganton.  The committee is charged with advising institutional leadership on the following:

  • Plans for the ongoing physical development of the campus

  • Siting and exterior design of new and renovated buildings or temporary structures

  • Landscaping changes and enhancements

  • Enhancements or modification of campus walkways, roadways, and lighting

  • Development or modification of outdoor campus amenities

  • Location of monuments, memorials, and wayfinding signage

  • Enhancements or modification of interior campus spaces

  • Development or modification of art installations, murals, or other artwork on campus

  • and such other matters as the Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, or Director of Capital Projects may refer to it.
