Note: If the lock in the lower-left corner of the System Preferences window is closed, you must click it and enter your macOS administrator password before you can make changes to settings. |
Open System Preferences and click on the Network icon
In the left-hand menu, select the "Eduroam" Wi-Fi connection
Click on the Advanced ... button and open the DNS tab
If there are any black entries in the DNS Servers pane, use the "-" button to remove them
Click OK to close out of the Advanced ... setting windows, a connection should be properly established
To check if the settings have been applied, re-open the DNS tab in the Advanced ... settings window
The DNS Server Addresses should be in a grey font, denoting that they are being obtained automatically
