NCSSM Morganton Team meetings occur monthly and are an opportunity for team members to gather from across campus to share information and updates. Team meeting agendas are open for edits from all employees until noon of the day prior to the meeting. 

There are two categories of items that may be added to the agenda: 

  1. Agenda items: these are topics for presentation/discussion with the full group and time will be set aside in the agenda for this

  2. Informational updates: these are items for employees to read/review on their own (outside of the meeting)  

The agenda will be locked down and formalized one day prior to the meeting and circulated to all invited attendees.  Following the meeting, the agenda will include the minutes for employee reference and will be viewable via the Team Meeting calendar invite.
