Guests, please use the following instructions to connect to the NCSSM Guest wireless (Wi-Fi or WiFi) network.

For all students, faculty, staff, and parents, ITS strongly recommends using the eduroam wireless network instead of the NCSSM Guest network.

Instructions

  1. On your PC, Mac, Chromebook, or mobile device, select the NCSSM Guest wireless network.

  2. When prompted to provide a username and password, enter the username guest and a password that you can get these ways:
    * Send ITS a Ticket
    * Contact ITS directly via email at help@ncssm.freshservice.com
    * Asking an NCSSM staff member, who can log into My NCSSM and search for and access the Guest Network Wireless Access tile

  3. Click Connect
