Employee Portal

The Employee Portal is the school's internal website solution for faculty and staff which provides links to internal websites, forms, procedures, and business documents. New links for the employee portal may be requested via ticket.

Editing the Forms and Documents Website

This editing process requires Google Drive Desktop setup. For more information about Google Drive Desktop see Google Drive. To install Google Drive for Desktop, see this video.

  1. You may download the old version of the document from the Employee Portal Files Shared https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/0AD8gdEb7ZrnDUk9PVA.

  2. Edit the file in whatever software is needed for the format (ie Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro)

  3. Select the appropriate Department/Division folder in the Employee Portal Shared Drive from your Desktop.

  4. Upload the document there.

  5. (Optional) Put the old version of the document in the Archive folder.

  6. Select the new file in Google Drive, right-click and select the link icon to copy the link.
