Panopto Content Retention Policy
Zoom Meeting and Webinar recordings are deleted if they have not been viewed by anyone in 2 years. Once deleted, these videos can be restored by a Panopto admin for 3 months, after which they are permanently deleted and can no longer be restored.
All other videos stored in Panopto are archived if they have not been viewed by anyone in 3 years. Archived videos can be restored by Panopto users.
Archived videos are permanently deleted 2 years after their archival date if no one has chosen to restore them.
