By default, DocHob captures geolocation data from your web browser each time you sign a document, and includes that information in each document audit.

Use the following instructions to remove your location from being tracked by DocHub when signing documents.

  1. Open DocHub.com in your browser of choice

  2. If using Chrome:

    1. Option 1: Click on the settings icon to the left of the website’s URL and turn off the location switch

    2. Option 2: Navigate to Settings > Privacy and security > find dochub.com > in the Location drop-down menu select Block

  3. If using Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/does-firefox-share-my-location-websites#:~:text=Under%20Permissions%2C%20click%20the%20Settings%E2%80%A6,Click%20Save%20Changes.

  4. If using Safari (also applies to other apps on macOS and iOS): https://support.apple.com/guide/personal-safety/manage-location-services-settings-ips9bf20ad2f/web
