If you are connected to the NCSSM network on your iOS-based device and are not able to establish an internet connection, please try the following instructions.

Reset Network Settings

If restarting your device does not resolve your connection issue, try the following method to reset your device's network settings:

  1. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

Note: This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before.
