Inspace - Search

The search feature is helpful when users are wanting to look for specific rooms with certain items. 

  • In the search box users can base the search on the date, start time, end time, and number of seats. If you are looking for certain items in a room users can select those items in the filter area. Also, at the top users can select what type of rooms they are looking for. The search feature and floor plan features work hand in hand… meaning the search will only show available rooms on whichever building you have selected in the floor plan. 

 

Booking a Room under Search

  • Under search if a user wants to book a room, all they will need to do is click the book button on the room they want reserved. 

    • The search will populate the date, start time, and end time 

    • Add a title of reservation and description

    • Users can invite others by typing the individuals name under Participants

    • If the meeting requires zoom the individual booking the room can add their personal zoom link 

    • When everything has been added click book to reserve the room.
