How to Score Your Mentorship/SRIP Application (if using Google Sheets)

Some you will submit your scores for the Review Round through Google Sheets. This will be imported later into the SurveyMonkeyApply system.

Due to some issues with automatic assignments, your Mentorship/SRIP opportunity may have to do the scoring outside of the SMApply system, and SMApply will be simply where you go to look over applications (but you will not submit anything within SurveyMonkeyApply).

You will receive a Google sheet that will list the following Column headers:

You will fill out:

Review1_Status: There will be 3 choices for each applicant in your opportunity, ACCEPT, WAITLIST, or DECLINE. The result put in here will be what moves onto the Director Round for your Campus Director.

Waitlist_Number: If the applicant was waitlisted, you will list the number on the Waitlist they will be assigned. If they are given the number 1 for the Waitlist, that means they are the first person to come off the waitlist in the case of an accepted student declining the program. If they are given waitlist number 9, that means they need 8 other Waitlisted applicants to be given a decision before the 9th ranked Waitlisted applicant can be selected for that opportunity.
