Resetting your password or 2FA

Resetting your password or 2FA

Please follow these instructions to reset your NCSSM password if you forget it.

NOTE: If you are on campus, please forget any eduroam connections you may have on other devices (laptops, phones, desktops, etc.) before changing your password.

Failure to do so will cause your account to be locked out due to the network devices logging on with the incorrect password.

If you need change your password and you remember your current password, please see this documentation instead: Changing your password

Additionally, if you have any issues with either process, please send a ticket to ITS.
