Procurement Wiki

The Procurement Services Department is a unit of the Division of Finance & Operations reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor of Finance. We are responsible for procuring goods and services, contracting, and the PCard program. We provide efficient and effective procurement processes in accordance with applicable State and University policies and procedures. We strive to accomplish these goals as economically as possible, within acceptable standards of quality and service, while utilizing professional ethics and best business practices throughout the entire procurement cycle.
