Viewing advisees in Blackbaud SIS

NOTE: This page only applies if you are over an advisory group, so does not apply to all teachers or non-teaching staff.

Please review the following instructions for viewing your advisees in Blackbaud SIS.

Instructions

  1. Sign into the Blackbaud SIS at https://ncssm.myschoolapp.com/ using your NCSSM email address. Authentication should automatically take place via Google.

  2. You should be taken to the My Day page and your Faculty persona should be visible at the top-left.

  3. Click on the Groups menu and select Residential Academic Advising.

  4. Click on the Advisees tab to view all of your assigned advisees, along with contact information.

  5. Click on the three dots below a student in order to bring up a menu which allows you to send a message directly to the student, or to view their profile.
