Training Courses through Blackbaud University (both instructor-led and courses to do at your own pace) exist at this link here. You might need to discuss with the Data Management Lead the best approach for what you’re needing to learn since some of these courses may require access to be granted to your NCSSM email account.
For the 2023-2024 School Year, faculty can even find the Teachers Resource Board that gives generic advice on how to do things like gradebook setup, look at class rosters, etc. Please note that not all of this will apply to NCSSM, but you can utilize this website as a way to have a foundational understanding of your faculty view within Blackbaud.
