Forgotten Password/Change Password in Blackbaud SIS

For applicants that have forgotten their password to Blackbaud, please see the following steps:

 

  1. On the login page at https://ncssm.myschoolapp.com/, and noticing your current password not working or forgetting your password, please type in your email and then hit the NEXT button.

    IMPORTANT: Please be sure you have your email typed out in order to be directed to the proper page for password resets. Otherwise, it’ll give you a standard message if you select the Forgot login or First time logging in link?

 

2. On the following page, step 2 is determined by your status. If you are a current student at NCSSM, you can hit the SIGN IN WITH GOOGLE OPTION and follow these steps https://ncssm.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ITS/pages/141131792

For an Applicant of NCSSM or Summer Ventures, please use the FORGOT PASSWORD option circled below:

 

3. On the next page, you’ll be prompted with where you’ll send a password resent link

 

4. An applicant will then need to check for a 6 digit code on their personal email that is affiliated with Blackbaud. Here is how the email will display.

5. After the code is sent yo your email, Blackbaud will automatically change to this page, allowing you to put in the 6 digit code.

 

7. After successfully submitting the 6 digit code, you’ll be able to change your password and will get back into the standard Blackbaud login page. If this doesn’t work, please reach out to the Data Manager at grant.harrison@ncssm.edu
